A man was arrested late on Tuesday after crashing his car into a security gate outside the White House, according to the US Secret Service, NYT reported.
The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. near the intersection of 17th and E Streets in Washington . Officers from the Secret Service’s uniformed division quickly took the driver into custody, and checks later confirmed the vehicle was safe.
