After Turkiye President Recep Erdogan again raised the Kashmir issue at UNGA, India reiterated Friday there is no scope for any third party in bilateral matters between India and Pakistan. "Our stand on the Kashmir issue is clear, there has been no change in it. As far as mediation is concerned, there too, there is no need for any third party to mediate on the bilateral issues between India and Pakistan," said MEA spokesman Randhir Jaiswal.
