“The intention has always been to craft a space that's not just about shopping, but about experiencing, where every item has a story and every corner is inspiring,” she says, and adds, “I wanted to support artisans, showcase emerging talent, and offer a curated blend of art, design and soul.”
Tucked in a beautiful, natural setting in the village of Socorro, the space invites you to slow down, engage with creativity and discover something meaningful. Unlike a traditional boutique, Escape is fluid—part , part retail space and part storytelling arena.
At Escape, every detail is carefully curated with purpose and passion. From stylish shoes, bespoke custom-made clothes, luxurious handbags, to unique decorative pieces, every item exudes craftsmanship and adds a unique touch to the space.
“We celebrate local talent, handmade artistry, and niche creators—with a strong emphasis on sustainability and conscious design. The aesthetic is chic, yet , artistic and approachable—a true reflection of Goa’s free spirit,” says Ritu, who champions slow fashion, ethical design and mindful living.
What’s more? The collection changes frequently, sometimes weekly, always bringing a fresh vibe. The place regularly hosts pop-ups, workshops, intimate gatherings and curated experiences, making it a dynamic space for expression, connection and discovery.
