Ingredients
Condensed milk: 1 liter
Citrus purée: 1-2 cups
Cardamom powder: 1 teaspoon
Almonds and dried fruits (chopped as desired)
Sugar: 1 cup
Recipe
First, take the custard apple. Cut it, remove the seeds, and clean it.
- Next, remove all the pulp and wash it thoroughly.
- Then, pour milk into a pan and bring it to a boil over high heat.
- Once the milk comes to a boil, reduce the heat.
- Then, add the sugar, saffron, and custard apple.

- Then, cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Then, turn off the heat and refrigerate the milk to cool completely.
- The custard apple rabdi is ready. Garnish with chopped dried fruits and serve chilled.
