The specialty of this dish is that children as well as adults like it a lot. Dosa is available in many varieties. It is prepared in different ways in different areas. Right now, we are talking about Paneer Masala Dosa. It is rich in protein, along with being delicious. It does not take much time to prepare it. If sudden guests come to the house, then it can be used for them. It is a great option for breakfast. You will not face any difficulty in preparing it with the help of the method we mentioned to you.

Ingredients

Dosa paste – 1 big bowl

For the filling

Boiled potatoes – 3

Cottage cheese – 1 small bowl

Chopped onion – 1

Chana dal – 1 small bowl

Dry red chillies – 2

Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

Ginger (cut into strips) – 1 tsp

Turmeric – 1 tsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Curry leaves – 12-14

Salt – according to taste

Method

- First of all, take out the dosa paste in a bowl. Now start preparing the filling.

- First of all, take a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat oil. After the oil is heated, add mustard seeds to it.

- When the mustard seeds start crackling, add dry red chillies to it. When the chillies are fried well, add onions and fry till they turn golden.

- Keep stirring the ladle during this time. Now add chana dal to it. After frying for some time, mash the boiled potatoes and add them to it.

- Then mash the paneer and add it to this mixture. After this, mix ginger flakes, red chili, turmeric, and salt well in this mixture.

- When all the things are mixed well, add curry leaves and salt to it and fry well for about 5 minutes. In this way, the dosa masala will be ready.

- Now, take a non-stick pan and place it on medium flame. After the pan is heated, pour the dosa batter into it and spread it in a circular shape like a cheela.

- When the dosa is cooked well from the bottom side, pour oil around it and then flip the dosa.

- After frying from the other side, flip the dosa again and place the prepared potato-paneer stuffing in the middle.

- Now fold the dosa and place it on a plate, and turn off the flame. In this way, the paneer masala dosa is ready. It can be served with coconut chutney and sambar.
