Tottenham's loan players had mixed fortunes this week as they look to push on with their seasons away from the north London club.
Spurs currently have 13 players out and about on loan across England, Scotland, Spain, Germany and South America getting varying degrees of game time and the end of the international break brought the return of club football and a chance for some to make a name for themselves.
There were two new members of the loan army making their first steps into matchday squads at their new clubs in Luka Vuskovic and Manor Solomon but only one of them got to make their debut.

Here's how every single one of Tottenham's large group of loan players got on at their respective clubs this week.
Luka Vuskovic (Hamburg)Luka Vuskovic made his debut for promoted Hamburg and it could not have been a tougher one as had to come up against Harry Kane and Bayern Munich.
The Bavarian giants duly racked up a 5-0 victory with Kane scoring twice in Saturday's Hamburg hammering at the Allianz Arena in the Bundesliga.
Vuskovic lined up in the centre of a back three and played the full 90 minutes in what must have been a big learning experience for the 18-year-old.
Kane played in Aleksandar Pavlovic to run behind the young Croatian and score Bayern's second goal just eight minutes into the contest. Then Luis Diaz's shot in the 28th minute deflected off Vuskovic and wrong-footed the goalkeeper to make it 4-0 before the half hour had even been reached.
It continued to get worse for the teenager as Kane picked up a ball in front of him on the hour mark and drifted easily past him before firing a low shot into the bottom right corner of the net.
It was a baptism of fire for Vuskovic but one he should learn plenty from because he won't face many, if any, better strikers than the former Tottenham man. He will be hoping to have a better time of it against Heidenheim in the Bundesliga on Saturday.
Manor Solomon (Villarreal)Manor Solomon is yet to play a game for Villarreal after his deadline day loan move from Spurs. The Israel international made the switch to Spain after a loan to Crystal Palace fell through at the last moment despite a deal sheet being submitted to the Premier League and agreed to by both clubs.
The 26-year-old has not played any football since last summer due to injury but is looking to make up for lost time in La Liga.
However, that has not happened as of yet as he was an unused substitute in the 2-0 defeat at Atletico Madrid on Saturday and then returned to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as an observer again from the bench as his parent club beat Villarreal 1-0 in the Champions League.
Will Lankshear (Oxford United)Will Lankshear continues to be the poster boy for this crop of Tottenham loan players as he netted his third goal in five Championship games for Oxford United.
Saturday brought a close range strike from the forward in the ninth minute to get the ball rolling against former Premier League side Leicester City. The visitors featured former Spurs midfielder and academy product Oliver Skipp among their starting line-up with another in Harry Winks coming off the bench and helping change the game.
It would be a day of frustration for Oxford as they threw away the lead twice to draw 2-2 at home against Leicester, who had Aaron Ramsey sent off midway through the first half.
Lankshear got another 89 minutes under his belt and the 20-year-old striker will next be in action in the Championship match at Bristol City on Sunday afternoon.
Alejo Veliz (Rosario Central)Alejo Veliz left Rosario Central's stadium with a sling around his right shoulder and plenty of worried faces after having to come off just 42 minutes into their 1-1 draw with Boca Juniors on Sunday.
There were initial fears that the 21-year-old striker would need surgery with a dislocation of his right clavicle after falling on it and trying to continue with Rosario manager Ariel Holan saying at his press conference: "I'm a little sad about what happened to Alejo . He has a blow to his collarbone. We need to run tests to see what's wrong."
While those tests did confirm an injury, Veliz is reportedly set to avoid surgery after Rosario confirmed a "grade two acromioclavicular injury of the right shoulder", which is a partial tear of the ligaments that support the joint between the clavicle and shoulder bones.
Argentinean media outlet La Capital reported that the forward will miss a few games and said: "It's not a serious tear that would require surgery to repair the ligaments and can be healed with conservative treatment. Veliz will likely need to wear a sling for a few days to reduce movement and swelling, allow time for the ligament to heal, and then move on to rehabilitation."
Mikey Moore (Rangers)Mikey Moore has been parachuted into an utter mess at Rangers as life under Russell Martin only managed to get worse with a 2-0 defeat at Ibrox to Hearts on Saturday.
The 18-year-old was hooked as part of a triple substitution with Rangers a goal down. The changes had no effect as the visitors scored again late on. With that defeat Rangers have equalled their worst opening run in 47 years and sit 10th in the Scottish Premiership table.
Moore got only a three in the player ratings from Glasgow World with the review: "Kevin Thomson said on commentary he felt sorry for the youngster as he was picking up the ball 50 yards further down the pitch than where he’d want it. Although every time he got the ball he couldn’t hold onto it. Hooked at half time."
The teenager will be hoping to help Rangers turn things around as they host Hibernian on Saturday in the Scottish League Cup quarter-finals.
Alfie Dorrington (Aberdeen)Alfie Dorrington put his disappointment at being left out of Aberdeen's UEFA Conference League squad by helping them keep a clean sheet in the 0-0 draw at home against Livingston.
The decision to leave the 20-year-old centre-back out of the Dons' European squad has not gone down well at Tottenham after they agreed to a repeat loan move to continue Dorrington's development.
Aberdeen boss Jimmy Thelin said: "I talked with Alfie as I called him straight after we made the decision. It was quite late in the night when I talked to him.
"It was a good conversation and of course he wants to be inside the squad but he accepts my decision, and Alfie has to focus on the right things to be strong enough to compete every week with the amount of games to build his body, and also to be consistent at every level."
Alfie Devine (Preston North End)Alfie Devine was back in action for Preston following his muscle injury with a 62-minute display in Saturday's 2-2 draw at home against Middlesbrough.
The 21-year-old got a 6.5 in the Lancashire Post's player ratings for the draw with the review: "Had some joy nicking the ball high in the first half. Sent a free-kick over and delivered some quality from set-pieces."
Yang Min-hyeok (Portsmouth)Yang Min-hyeok had to watch on once more from the bench for the fourth Championship game in a row as Portsmouth drew 0-0 at Southampton on Sunday.
So far the 19-year-old South Korean has played only 23 minutes in the league and 90 minutes at Fratton Park against Reading in the Carabao Cup last month.
Ashley Phillips & Jamie Donley (Stoke City)Things are faring little better for both Jamie Donley and Ashley Phillips as they were also unused as Stoke won 1-0 at home against Birmingham.
Donley has had to sit on and watch for the past three Championship games and Phillips for the past two as both have now lost the avenue of the Carabao Cup for minutes after last month's exit to Bradford.
Donley at least added another Northern Ireland senior cap to his name with 14 minutes at the end of the win in Luxembourg during the international break while Phillips came on for his England U21s debut in their 2-0 win against Kazakhstan.
George Abbott (Wycombe Wanderers)In League One, George Abbott is a regular starter for Wycombe Wanderers and got 67 minutes to his name in their 2-1 defeat at fellow strugglers Peterborough on Saturday.
The 20-year-old midfielder has got 583 minutes in 10 appearances for Wycombe since making the step up to League One.
Damola Ajayi (Doncaster Rovers)Damola Ajayi was another Spurs player left on the bench unused as Doncaster Rovers lost 3-0 at Wigan in League One on Saturday.
The 19-year-old winger is enjoying his first campaign of prolonged senior football since last season's spectacular goalscoring debut for Tottenham in the Europa League and he played 341 minutes for Rovers.
Tyrese Hall (Notts County)Tyrese Hall got back into the action in his loan at Notts County as he came off the bench and played 31 minutes in the second half of the 1-0 defeat at Gillingham in League Two.
The 20-year-old midfielder has 197 minutes under his belt so far this season in his first loan spell away from the north London club.
